IMD Series
The OZ-AIR® IMD Series of ozone generators are designed specifically for medium sized industrial applications incorporating microprocessor based control system to ensure a smooth and maintenance free operation. This series includes the latest technology availaible to ensure continuous opeartion at full load in industrial environments. It features several function indicators, flowmeter, process related control equipments and interconnections, variable ozone output from 5 to 100%, Voltage Hi - Low cutoff and dditional protections and interlocks to ensure perfect operation and protection of the ozone generator for years of trouble free operation. The control system ensures flexible operation and allows integration into all types of plant concepts.
How it works
Ozone, the triatomic form of molecule, is generated by recombining oxygen atoms with oxygen molecules. This process takes place when dry air or oxygen is allowed to pass through the dielectrics of the ozone generating module.The ozone generating module is powered using a high voltage / high frequency board mounted inside the ozone generator. The board is designed for continuous operation on full load under harsh industrial conditions. The ozone generating module is cooled by either using air or cooling water depending upon the application and nature of effectiveness and effeciency required. The ozone thus produced is highly concentrated to meet application suitability.
